Neonatal jaundice treatment and optical monitoring

Phototherapy Machine

The phototherapy machine concept brings together a white treatment panel, a separate black display and control module, and a compact optical probe designed around four green LEDs and four photodiodes for ADC-based signal acquisition.

Interactive assembly

Full 3D controls are available below.

Highlights

Product direction

White phototherapy panel designed for neonatal treatment coverage
Separate display module for treatment information and system interaction
Optical probe concept with four green LEDs and four photodiodes

Care area

Neonatal care

Sensing

4 green LEDs + 4 photodiodes

Signal output

ADC-based optical readings

System architecture

Therapy, display, and optical sensing in one development platform.

The assembly separates the treatment panel, user-facing display, and sensing probe so each subsystem can be developed, tested, and serviced independently.

White therapy panel

The primary treatment surface is designed to deliver phototherapy illumination across the neonatal care area.

Black display module

A dedicated display and control enclosure provides treatment information and system interaction.

Optical body probe

The compact black probe is designed to acquire optical response data from the body during prototype studies.

Eight-element sensor layout

Four green LEDs provide illumination while four photodiodes capture response signals for ADC measurement.

Interactive prototype

Explore the complete phototherapy assembly

Rotate and zoom the supplied CAD model to inspect the white therapy panel, black display enclosure, repositioned optical probe, and support structure.

Applications

Designed for clinical use cases that need dependable access.

Neonatal jaundice treatment
Treatment-side optical data acquisition
NICU, maternity, and pediatric wards
